At Well & Found, each piece is thoughtfully selected in limited quantities. We hope you love your finds as much as we do!

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

FINAL SALE

Jewelry, accessories, and discounted merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.

SHIPPING

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If something isn’t quite right with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to help make it right.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us through our website with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
